Across the state, regional partnership councils - in collaboration with local leaders - identify the educational and health needs of children from birth through five in their communities and fund strategies to address those needs.

  • JUST KIDS, INC. is a non-profit tax-exempt charity of San Pedro Kiwanis, providing financial support for the needs of children in our community. 
  • STOCKING STUFFERS  is a program that has provided new clothing for underserved children in our community each year for over 35 years.  School nurses and counselors from area schools, including Huachuca City, Palominas, and Tombstone, identify the children in need 
  • GIFTS FROM THE HEART was established to provide children with immediate needs: new clothing, shoes, items, or services as suggested by school nurses from Sierra Vista, Palominas, or Huachuca City Public Schools. Contact Alice Anderson alice101@cox.net.

  


SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN - ASSISTANCE

Authorized by the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, the Liaison provides clothing, shoes, school supplies, summer school tuition, and other assistance to students identified by the school district as homeless. Additional services include health services, prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, tutors, and clothing for school activities such as PE, fees for field trips, eyeglasses, dental services, birth certificates, and immunizations.

  • Sierra Vista Public Schools Homeless Liaison - (520) 515-2714   Only students enrolled in Sierra Vista Public Schools are eligible to apply. A form must be submitted .
  • Tombstone Unified Schools District Homeless Liaison - (520) 457-2714 Only students enrolled in Tombstone schools are eligible to apply. A form must be submitted .
