Consider that most people find themselves in need at some point in their lives.  So today you may be the person with the ability to help, but tomorrow you maybe the recipient of someone else's volunteer efforts.  

Real Wishes Foundation Donations = Arizona Tax Credit

Supporting Real Wishes Foundation means supporting your community. Please consider Real Wishes Foundation, managed by West & SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley, Inc., as a recipient of your tax credit donation this 2024 tax year. Talk to your tax preparer for the details of this tax credit.


Arizona law allows QCO donations made during 2024 or from January 1, 2025, through April 15, 2025, to be claimed on the 2024 Arizona income tax return. The maximum QCO credit donation amount for 2024 is $470 for single, married filing separately or head of household and $938 for married filing jointly.

Real Wishes Foundation - Supporting Our Community

All wish requests are brought before the Real Wishes Board of Directors at our monthly board meeting. Real Wishes Foundation is not an emergency services organization. Real Wishes Foundation does not assist with the first month's rent, security deposits, or residential pest control treatments.


All applicants applying for assistance are subject to a background check.


Only one wish per household will be granted.


The eligibility consideration process is initiated when a complete application for assistance is submitted to the Real Wishes Foundation. The application form is the first step to receiving a granted wish – it is not a confirmation of eligibility for a wish.
